Problem
Zesty Snackz, a D2C freeze-dried candy brand built on short-form video, had three weeks before a launch event. Its theme was too old to support animation and video, it had no subscription program, product URLs had been broken for months, and SEO fields were empty on nearly every product.
Solution
Lantern Sol forked Shopify's Horizon theme for a clean rebuild instead of repairing the old one, made a bundle builder the centerpiece of the site, and sequenced work backwards from the deadline. It launched a four-tier subscription program from scratch and went live a day early.
